Our Story
Whitestone Construction was founded in Jacksonville, FL in 2016 with a simple idea: build a site development company that does the work right, every time. No shortcuts, no excuses — just experienced crews, well-maintained equipment, and a commitment to finishing what we start.
Since then, we've grown into a full-service contractor operating across Northeast Florida and the South Carolina Lowcountry. Our project portfolio spans commercial subdivisions, industrial pad sites, municipal infrastructure, and large-scale residential developments.
We own and operate our own fleet of heavy equipment, which means we control our schedules, our quality, and our costs. When you hire Whitestone, you get one accountable team from first grade to final pave.
