Daily Toolbox Talks
Every morning before work begins, our crews gather for a toolbox talk — reviewing the day's tasks, identifying hazards, and confirming everyone is ready to work safely.
Proper PPE — Always
Hard hats, high-visibility vests, steel-toed boots, and eye protection are non-negotiable on every Whitestone job site. No exceptions, no shortcuts.
Equipment Maintenance
We own and operate our own fleet, which means we control maintenance schedules. Every machine is inspected before use and serviced on a strict preventive maintenance program.
Excavation & Trenching Safety
Underground utility and earthwork operations carry real risk. Our crews are trained in OSHA excavation standards, shoring requirements, and confined space protocols.
Incident Reporting & Review
Near-misses and incidents are reported immediately and reviewed as a team. We treat every report as an opportunity to improve — not a reason to assign blame.
Ongoing Training
