  Safety has been a core value of our company from day one and reflects the fundamental respect we have for our employees, clients, public, and the environment. 

   As the employer, it is our duty and responsibility to provide our employees with a safe and healthy work enviroment by all means possible. 

  This is about our employees and co-workers as well as thier families at waiting at home.  

End of each day we what our employees to return home safe and healthy the same way they came. 

  Our mission is to exceed the construction industry standards for health and safety of our employees with ZERO incidents or accidents.  

   We believe that all incidents and accidents are preventable. We ensure this by the following points:

• Mandatory Substance Abuse Testing
• Comprehensive Safety Plan
• Weekly Tool Box Talks
• On going site safety inspections with reporting
• Competent person training  for trenching and excavation, confined space, hazard communication, silica safety, and any other necessary training needed to complete our jobs safely.

    We recognize in order to keep up with the ever-evolving, fast-pace construction, we continually update technology with the implementation of B2W Track & B2W Inform, we have quite literally put safety in the hands of our employees and nearly eliminated the paper forms.     

   This B2W Inform-based software is all controlled directly from laptop or iPad and gives our employees have the ability to: 

• Conduct daily site inspection
• Daily equipment inspection checklists that notify our mechanics when there’s a deficiency
• Weekly toolbox safety talks
• Record incident reports and near misses
• Access fillable electronic forms such as  excavation safety checklists, confined space permits  and many others.

  The B2W Inform software allows us to actively monitor what’s happening in the field in real time. This technology ultimately leads to a more safe and more productive job site.
